For the past four years Tex has been our little baby. He has been number 1 for a while now. Tony and I had no doubts that he would be great with Grace but there's always that thought in the back of your mind "what if he's not good with her?"When we were at the hospital we gave my parents some blankets that Grace was wrapped up in to bring home with them to Tex. They said Tex sniffed them for 10 minutes and slept with the blankets at night.So the big meeting happened on Monday. Tony picked Tex up at my parents with another blanket. Brought him home. He definitely smelt something new in the house. We took her out of her swing and let Tex sniff her. He was amazing with her. He cautiously sniffed her and then walked away. Ever since their first meeting he's been her bodyguard. Everywhere she is he's not far away watching her. He hasn't gotten any sleep like the rest of us. He is always watching out for Gracie!

I had to take a couple pictures of Tex the other day because he as been a little neglected this week.
