Well Grace started day care a month ago and for the past couple of weeks she has been working hard to fight off all of these new germs. This past weekend Tony and I had Susan and Ron's bachelorette and bachelor parties so Grace went to my parents. When I picked her up on Sunday she was coughing so badly. I called the doctor on Sunday and she said that she wanted to see Grace on Monday. So I brought Grace into the office on Monday and the receptionist immediately said she has croup and handed me the pamphlet :( The doctor came in and diagnosed Grace with her first serious sickness. Our poor girl had a terrible case of croup. But the medicine cleared it up quickly. She is better now. Off her medication and barely has a cough. She's a tough cookie :)
When I told Tony he informed me that he had croup basically every year until her was 11. So I guess Grace is taking after her daddy. Hopefully she doesn't have it as often. At least we know she'll get better quickly.
Well we got through our first sickness. The immune system is building up.

After a draining week we are looking forward to a nice weekend together. Gotta love this beautiful weather.
