The day after Christmas we got hit with a huge Blizzard. It was the worst snowstorm I have ever seen. We were literally snowed in for three days. The plows did not come until two days after the storm hit and even after they came it was still TERRIBLE outside. The great part of the snow storm was being stuck at home with nothing to do. No plans! Just relaxing which it what we needed after the busy Christmas season.
Our stairs

I say we got about three feet of snow
Our stairs... oh yeah my car is under there somewhere.

Look at the snow drift to the left of this picture. It must be 12 feet high.
The snow came up the the handle

Tony trying to shovel an area for Tex to go to the potty

Finally!!!
Our little bear

It's so much warmer inside

Tony was trying to go to my parents to help them shovel. He thought his four wheel drive truck could just go right through the snow. Boy do the commercials make you think that way. He spent two hours trying to dig himself back into his parking spot. It was pretty comical.
Another storm is on its way for tomorrow night. I can always use a snow day! I LOVE getting that call in the morning saying there is no school. That is one of the best feelings.
