Since Grace goes to day care three days a week, Tony and I have become masters at cutting food into bite size pieces at night. I call Grace my little Mediterranean child. She loves hummus, olives, cheese, beans, rice, fruits and vegetables. She eats meat but it's not her favorite which doesn't surprise me because when I was pregnant with her I could not even look at meat. I didn't want to eat it. I would cook dinner for Tony and then be disgusted by the meat on the plate. So she was telling me then what she liked :)
So for Grace's school lunch she gets hummus or chick peas, cheese, crackers, carrots, edamame, pickles, fruit and a snack. She is a very healthy little girl. I wish this was all I wanted for my day :)
I loved these crackers shaped into hearts. They are Annie's Organic Saltines. So cute!!
She loves her pickles.
All packed up and organized thanks to Pottery Barn Kids.
Their lunch boxes are the best!
I remember eating peanut butter and jelly everyday for lunch but with all the food allergies in the world now her school is peanut free.
