Happy 1st Birthday Lily May

Lily turned 1 on June 6. She has grown so much in the past year. It's hard to remember her as a baby because she grew up so quickly. At 10 months she started walking and hasn't stopped. She is so cute walking. When she figures out that she can get through the gate that is normally closed... she turns around and looks at me, smiles and pretty much runs past the gate as far and cracks up the whole time until I catch her. This is just one of the super cute things Lily does. She is so full of life and really bring so much joy into our family. Those blue eyes and blonde hair are just amazing to me. 

Lily loves to eat. Her favorite foods are blueberries and tomatoes. 

On her birthday I had to work. I wanted to take off but we don't get vacation days. I rushed home and we had a fun night. Tony and my parents came over and we celebrated with pizza and cake and presents of course.

 I loved this shirt for my little chunky monkey (one of her many nicknames). She loves to eat and it shows. She has the cutest little chub all over her body. I just love her. XOXOX

 Lily loves her binkie. She's grown really attached to it and I'm sure it will be hard to get it away from her but it just makes her so happy.  Sometimes when she wakes up she goes under her crib and comes out with three binkies.... one in her mouth and one in each hand. 

 We got her this obstacle course with play balls. She loves climbing so I thought this would be perfect.

Lily May... When you read this you are going to be a lot older. I just want you to know how much happiness you bring to us. You are the happiest girl unless you are tired then  I know it's time for  a bottle and bed quickly. Your sister, Grace, loves you more than anything. She always says how cute you are, how you are her best friend and how much she loves you. I hope that never changes. You two are the best of friends right now and hope you always are. We wish that you always have that beautiful smile on you face. It's contagious. We love you baby girl. Happy Birthday and many, many more.
