Never said that before. Since Hurricane Sandy had such a great impact all over New Jersey our governor decided to reschedule Halloween to the following Monday. Our town decided to celebrate Halloween on that Monday from 1 - 5pm. We got dressed up and went Trick-or-Treating with our neighbors. Grace and Ava are such cute friends.
Grace wanted to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. My father has that movie on his iPhone and Grace watches it all the time. We skip over the scary parts with the monkeys and the witch. She loves the munchkins, the lion, scarecrow and tin man. I found this costume on Target.com. It was such great quality and only $20. Another reason to love Target :)
She had to have Ruby Red Slippers... Also from Target.

Even though Halloween was rescheduled it was still a fun night. Tony wasn't home because he was on storm duty working 16 hour days :( We missed him being with us and he wanted to be home so bad but it didn't work out this year. As Dorothy says, "There's no place like home."
