Time To Celebrate

One of Grace's favorite places is her little yoga studio, Om Baby Yoga in Point Pleasant. Grace and I started going to Mommy & Me yoga when Grace was six weeks. It was a perfect way to bond with Grace and meet other Mom's in the area. We loved our Wednesday mornings filled with an hour yoga class and a walk up to the beach. When I went back to school I couldn't go. Life got so busy. I am looking forward to this summer. Nicole, the owner, added so many classes. I think we are going to try Baby Ballet. With a name like Grace we have to make her somewhat "graceful."
Anyway we thought it would be the perfect place to celebrate her first birthday. So we invited all her friends and had a fun afternoon together.

I made this collage of pictures. It captures the whole year. I'm going to keep it for her and make a new one with new pictures each year. It is still hanging in our home. I just love looking at it. It brings a smile to my face each day.

We had so much fun at Grace's kiddie party. It was a great celebration of her first year. I loved having everyone there. There were lots of smiles and laughs. Just what we wanted for our baby girl. She was so happy the whole time! Thanks to everyone who joined us and made this such a memorable first birthday. Special thanks for Nicole, the owner of Om Baby for doing such a great job with the class!
